However if we can step up another level against Wire, with their injuries and sporadic form, we might just nick some points

We showed there is still passion in this group, and we can play some decent rugby when our forwards muscle up.

Won't get carried away, but it's a start and hopefully a much needed confidence boost.

I thought Fakir had his best game today. Walker was good, ran hard and put on some good hits.

switching Gaskell and Kearney made a difference, hope Gaskell starts at FB next week.

Special mention to Sidlow, his offloads in the first half turned the game for us, Catalan were always on the back foot.

Much better display after a pretty woeful opening 20 minutes. Showed to some real character to come back from 16 nil down after what has happened in recent weeks. You could see the confidence begin to grow as the game went on so I hope we can begin to now build on that belief. Great to see the players and supporters with a smile back on their faces at the end.

I thought Gaskell looked really dangerous at FB and Luke George brought some much need physicality to our backline. Was impressed with Pitts as well, particularly after limited training with his new teammates.

Time to start showing some of that rugby in the SL now!
