| Who do we have to lobby to make it public? Is it HMRC he is reporting to? Can the Data Protection act be used in 6 months time to see it?

| It is a requirement of the insolvency legislation. These reports are required to enable what was the old DTI to decide if criminal or disqualification proceedings need to be considered. For that reason, the information cannot be put in the public domain.

| I think the franchise system plays a larger part in the demise of Super League clubs that people recognise. It's that that demands 'super' stadia (with funds that often aren't present) and also that that forces the sale of reduced price tickets just to tick a 'member' box. Bring back P&R!
All the best for the future, in hindsight Administration was the best thing that could have happened to us, it's not necessarily all doom and gloom.

Haven't things changed since HMRC vetoed Rangers proposed route out of Administration?

| As far as I can see, your troubles really began with Caisley buying success with money that wasn't there to begin with. To be fair, he wasn't the first and won't be the last to do that in sport.

The answer to those is the answer you're looking for.'"
Don't forget the most heinous of crimes of letting his son Liam play for Leeds Rhinos! Say what you like about Caisely as an agent for the Burgesses but at least he didn't send them to the Rhions
I blame Macca for his years of mediocre 'sards' and 'taking the positives' that eroded our fanbase. Some of Macca's signings and selections were simply diabolical and if Hood is to be believed taht we were spending a full cap during the Banana years then the blame cannot be far from Maccas doorstep. Has he actually selected a Bulls player for England since his new job? Says it all really, despite folk on here going on about all these world beating youngsters like Dave Halley that Macca was nurturing Hood has to take some blame in giving Macca a long contract though, but how was he to know Macca would be a lame duck coach after all the good press after the 2005 GF win that was attri9buted by the players to Macca and not Noble? At least Hood put his coaching demons to rest with the appointment of Potter, the last thing we need is bluddy Noble returning with his one man rugby approach that won nothing at Wigan.

| The thing that amazes me, is how divided the camps are, is it Hood? Is it Caisley?
As far as I can see, neither of these guys have done you any favours and are both more concerned with making their opponent look stupid and less concerned with doing their jobs properly.
If I were a bulls fan I wouldn't want either of these guys within spitting distance of the club.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if Caisley only came back to make sure Hood had not left anything in his office drawers, put a quick boot in and have a mosey at the accounts to see the extent of the hasty papering job Hood did over the tectonic cracks, so keen was he to get one over his foe.
Could he really save the club, does he really have the investors, or was he just point scoring?
All of those are the wrong questions, the only question that matters is do the bulls want either of them back at the helm? I would say no chance!!
But half of you lot will want one or want the other, or at least try to salvage some reputation, while all this is going on your club lurches ever closer towards its d-day and the fog still hasn't lifted (not unusual for odsal, I know!!).

Personally I dont care at the moment as long as there's a club to go to. I'm sure all the wrong doings will become apparent when the administrators submit the report at the end of all this. I think both have been as bad as each other at times.
