| I got mine and I'm not happy, logged into my account to check that my new 500 points had been added to my old total of 2000, then I find that my old points have expired. What a ing joke of a system

was hardly a secret that the points expired on oct 31st if not used. Was discussed on here several times and according to statement bulls put on website it was also mentioned in literature that came with card originally.

Yes, it was, though to be fair, I notice Sandy Flaps only has 7 posts so it's hardly a shock it was missed.
To be honest, and yes it was on the original information we received, though the information isn't very findable on the teamcard website, I feel the poster has a point.
I'll bet there are quite a few who thought " I'll spend my points in the shop for xmas" and are going to be disappointed. It isn't the Bulls though, it's teamcard's system. Why they came up with an idea that you add points for ten or eleven months but they then disappear is a strange one to me.

| I'd agree that the information, while there, certainly wasnt highlighted particularly. Think bulls are partly at fault too as they put the statement on website AFTER the points had already expired which didnt really help anyone who was unaware of the points expiry. I'd assume unspent points revert back to bulls/teamcard in some way which is probably how teamcard makes money out of scheme so its in their interest to have maximum possible points reverting to them each year, hence why they didnt make the information more visible.

Not all of us spend most of our lives on this site and I had never seen it mentioned before. I never read the full terms and conditions because I never thought for a second that the points would expire so quickly, it's a total joke.

While I sympathise with people whose points did run out and I agree it's a strange system, if you freely admit you didn't read the T&Cs, there's not really anyone else to blame is there? If you HAD read them, you would have known. Don't see how that's anyone else's fault really.

This is exactly what I was doing, was saving them to buy both tops for xmas. Will only buy one top now which means the club will be losing out, I am sure there will be a lot of disappointed people in the same situation who won't find out until the try to redeem their points at the shop.

| Well pretty much everyone I know redeemed their points before they expired. But I don't think Bulls fans have much to complain about right now. Unbelievable season ticket prices and a replica shirt for £35!!

I have been part of/used endless schemes over the years and I have NEVER come accross a system where your points can expire in just over two months. I could understand them only been valid for a year or something like that but this is just a con to cheat people out of their points.
There was no email reminder that the points had to be used and if the club knew they should have send out emails to let people know. They obviously received complaints and that is why they put a statement out on the bulls site, obviously too late. At the end of the day it is the Bulls who are associated with such a scheme and this now will have caused bad feeling for many towards the club.
