OK I will make myself clearer. Manuoakafoa wasn't making first grade when we signed him and look how good he turned out to be. So this kid that we have 'signed' is probably still a good player, despite not playing first grade. |

Competition for places is much stiffer in the NRL, he's a young bloke who hasn't really had much chance to step up - let's hope he takes it, if indeed he is the one.

I got you. And I was just using an example to emphasise essentially the same point. Just because you can't get in a team ahead of Jennings & Kenny-Dowall, does not make you rubbish. Deserves to be given a chance before written off. |

it came from about 5 or so pages back. another component of the rumour is a surname starting H, hence any NZ centre starting H. Also playing for an Aus semis playoff team got into the mix. Ben Henry and Konrad Hurrell being a wish too far I am happy with AH. He will add even more offloads to the team.

You can't chuck silly money at a lad with 1 first team game under his belt, but he did look to have a lot of potential

He does have a lot of potential but imagine the trouble in the camp if secret deals were done to some players and not others. The club must stick to their pay structure so every player feels they are all treated properly. And, he is emigrating with mum and has not been tapped up so good luck to him.
