| I hear Leeds have signed Myler for next year. Does that mean they don't rate Lilley or are they different positions.

| Both play no. 6, I think but Lilley is maybe more the organiser and Myler a backer-up but there is certainly some crossover. Myler is more the complete package but is obviously older and more experienced. Could mean they don't think Lilley can make it at the top level, or at least, not to a timetable they're happy with. It could reflect some unhappiness with more experienced Rhino squad members too, or maybe this is to be Maguire's swansong?

| Speaking of Campbell, did anyone else notice the tone of the injury update regarding Campbell last week? It said he had pulled up in training [iclaiming[/i an injury. They also then put the "injury", deliberately putting it in inverted commas. If there is one player we who's commitment cannot be questioned, it is Campbells.

Well it very much read as if someone actually [iwas[/i questioning his commitment! I don't see any other way to read it.
Campbell seems pretty committed, but who knows what goes in behind the scenes? Also if he has signed for someone else next season, as surely many of our guys will have done, perhaps he's not as committed as he was?

Surely you aren't suggesting players would feign injury so as not to endanger a future contract with another team. Can't believe anyone would do that.

As an isolated incident, then yes, it's a bit of a strange one. But given the poor quality of English used in the Bulls press releases all year, I don't think much should be read into it.

Well Mr Chalmers has now had the opportunity to read our concerns over the last few weeks, and surprise, surprise, he's still saying sweet FA!
So basically his message is he cant be @rsed about the feelings of the Bulls fans.
Thank you Mr Chalmers.
Well next time the club want the fans to dig deep and support the club through troubled times AGAIN,
I hope for f@cks sake that you are not the messenger - cos your communication skills are non-existent

Ricoulous post.
There was a focus group since fr13day & FA's meeting with Chalmers. So he has met fans since. Some stuff changed as a result from that meeting, i believe the changes with the security checks were a result of the concerns raised in this meeting (if i have ny dates right) There's plenty of outstanding issues and questions, but i think the above is OTT. Personal attacks on other posters who have been good enough to share details from meetings is out of order.
Positives, we are starting to sign some players on longer term contracts, some exciting juniors are been signed up which suggests there is some sort of plan long term. Yes i would like Chalmers to communicate more and tell us plan for scenario A, B, C etc but Green did that, in great detail. Peter Hood told us what would happen in great detail too regarding when we needed £1 million. Turned out great didn't it.

| Exactly Friday and FA came out of there positively and we have started signing players permanaently and adding to the squad. They can't help the injuries. I'm now of the thinking we have a future especially with hallas signing on. I think there is a lot to look forward to but it's going to be a long road. But I believe the right intent is now there and regardless of division if next season we have a reserve side alongside bastian signing young players super league clubs feel they should be signing we might actually be in the right hands that no one thought we were. And I am starting to lean towards redeready claims that woods and koukash are behind it

"Personal attacks on other posters....." WTF are you on about?
Which poster have I supposedly personally attacked?
If you are suggesting that Mr Chalmers is a poster - then yes I was having a go at him - but what's his poster name so I can make sure I know which one to aim it at.
If you are suggesting I was having a go at Fr1day then read it again.
I didnt have a problem with Fr1day & FA meeting with Chalmers - I thought they had done well getting to speak to the guy.
So which bit is "OTT"? - me complaining that Cha-Lo are suddenly throwing money at buying players when relegation is just around the corner - yes, lets no over-react, they might change their mind about buying players and then the Bulls will end up being relegated! WTF?
I dont believe in the Emperors new clothes - if you want to - thats fine - mass hypnosis is obviously rife.
But dont you "personally attack" this poster just cos you dont agree with what I say - if you dont like it - dont f@cking read it

| Whilst I fully support Friday and FA in their mission to HQ, but I doubt they ever really wanted the permanent role of being some kind of go between, or acting as a long term conduit for a flow of information. It would be unfair to expect that from them, and equally importantly, many fans don't come on to msg boards anyway and would never see any of it. Obviously, these people don't know what they're missing and should remedy that omission asap....
The dynamic duo certainly came back with some specifics though, and I hope, passed on the hope that the board would see fans as being an important part of 'the plan' going forward, and, with that in mind, that information, via the media, might perhaps be a little more forthcoming in future. It's obviously good that signings have been made, we'd all echo that but the whole bit about connecting with the fans has been done in a totally cack-handed fashion from the start and so needs extra effort now to overcome the, I was going to say, 'bad feeling', but that is maybe a bit strong so I'll say disappointment and feeling of being disregarded which many fans feel.

| Well Chalmers did say that if players (which were better than our current players) became available he would sign them; and with Chisholm, Smith, Hallas and (presumably) Tonga he has done exactly this. Apart from Chisholm (which AC said was a mistake) these players were not available earlier in the season, so we couldn't have had them then.
I'm as disappointed as the rest of you on how this season has turned out, but still AC does seem to be sticking by his statements to FA and we that we reported here. Hell, even the spelling and grammar have improved. Let's see if this proposed size restructure of the academy takes place.
Admittedly the issue of addressing the greater fanbase does seem to be lacking a little still....

| Well said Fr13daY (God, that is difficult to type in tho)..Anything that leads to more belief and less need for questions is of benefit in allaying our concerns as we go through uncharted waters.
