I cannot imagine what they and their families are feeling at the moment. It's a testament to the players and the coaching staff that they resumed training. Equally as praiseworthy is the attitude of the admin staff- everyone comments on their commitment and enthusiasm over the past month.
Bullseye- there's no doubt in my mind that people with agendas and vested interests have been in touch with the media. The professional journos have been far more circumspect and couched their reports with phrases such as " it is believed/ understood" etc.- or published direct/ attributable quotes from those involved.
PS. The report from Radio Leeds and the quote from Pettit today suggest to me that there was a further adjournment yesterday until this morning.

This sort of things spreads like Chinese whispers. Somebody gets told something by a bidder and rather than verify it or question the motivation it gets passed on and passed on with each journo adding their own spin.

I suspect they're all in the dark as much as us.

But yet they would entertain two people who themselves have allowed a company to go into liquidation owing New Zealand's Inland Revenue $1million? I find that just as crazy to be honest.

both Chalmers and Lowe were involved with Marwan when he bought Salford think I'm correct that we saw Chalmers twice and Lowe once. If you recall the plan at Barton was to buy the stadium and develop the surrounding land the council and Peel stopped that and like I've said both not seen since. Sounds like you might be seeing history repeated.
