we already had the twins and Cain. thing to bear in mind is I believe we got a reduced rate for sponsoring the twins as a pair (at least that was situation last year). so the amount free'd up by removing george from the twins sponsorship may not be enough to get another player.

Given the "exitement" on the Banner thread can you let us know when you expect to hear by . . . . although I suspect that like asking how long a piece if string is . . . . .

There are at least three on that thread that will need tinkering with as an outcome of George's move to Oz.

The sponsorship money has now been paid and therefore there are no places for:

I still think 71/75 is a pretty good turn out.

Total raised: 71 x £20 = £1420

- Player sponsorship of £1351.25

Leaves a surplus of £68.75, which is to go to Bullbuilder as a donation.

Well done and thanks to Mark (Wigan Bull) too for organising this once again. Another way that members of this forum can do their bit!

I'll second all that. All more funds to help the club compete with the bankrolled clubs.

And especially thanks to Mark for volunteering for and for driving and organising this - no small amount of work, especially given he also does a sizeable chunk of the Bullbuilder Admin as a volunteer as well.
