You on the other hand selling season tickets at 30 bob or what ever they are up s*** creek if you don't reach your pledge target, which looks a long way off at the moment.
Maybe that's the reason he's (maybe) moving on, to help you out financially.'"
On what are you basing your assumption that we're up s*** creek if we don't reach the pledge target? All that will mean is that we have less season ticket holders for 2012 than we did for 2011.
And tbh, this whole "Lynch is going because Hull are the better side" argument doesn't really hold that much water now does it?
Yes, you made the play offs this year and we didn't. However, reaching the play offs doesn't really matter if you get tonked and knocked out the competition at the first hurdle now does it?

I think Lynch is probably coming to us because we are a better club.

Based on what? Seriously. On what basis is Hull a better club? Yeah, you're a tenant in a better stadium than the one we've got. But what else can Hull boast? You've won nothing more than we have in the last 5 years so what are you basing it on?

Based on the fact that despite the damage inflicted by Agar's terrible tenure the gates are still in the five figure band, whereas yours have dropped dramatically despite the cheap ticket offer.
It,s ok announcing your crowds at whatever the amount of season tickets you have sold is, but if the said people are not in the ground spending money on food and drink then your loss leader is not really viable.
Also Adey, we were paying transfers before Pearson took over the club so that kind of weewees on your sugar daddy theory. Jealous much?

| Why would we be jealous? We still hold a massive record win in SL Playoffs, tell me the score again? Also yeah maybe we havn't been in playoffs for 3 years. And in one of those years you finished below us in 12th. The only thing going for you is a sugar daddy. We have five figure crowds. We average around 12-13K. Those 12-13K always buy things from the ground hence why I go for a burger 20mins before halftime because the queues get big. Oh and we are the only team to play at Grattan Stadium. Tell me if Hull City have a home game on a Sun at 3pm and Hull FC have a home game at 3pm on the same sunday......who gets priority? Now when we start climbing the league we will have done it without the backing of a sugar daddy whereas you will have bought your way up

Hull a better club? Ohhhhh please don't make me laugh! A poor whini's team make a dogs dinner out of you tonight! It was cringe worthy how poor you were. Lynch wants an extra year on top of his final year of contract 2012 which would give him a testimonial. Bulls are not forthcoming. Believe me he wouldn't be leaving bulls to go to smelly cod land because he thinks hull are a better club

| Can you all stop with the my club's better than yours rubbish. Lynch is a professional sportsman in that he earns a living through sport. If he moves or stays will be dependant upon who gives him the better deal.

But basically, if Sammut does not get his dispensation (which he probably won't) then you can forget about replacing Lynch with someone from overseas.
The only option we would have would be to use the fee we get for Lynch to buy out the contract of another prop currently in SL. Griffin perhaps? Or maybe even (whisper it quietly) Bailey?'"
isn't it the arrival of Jeffries passport that is stopping us signing a quota player?

The Bailey who destroyed Hull yesterday & has been excellent for the last half of this season, better than anything Bradford have left ATM? But don't worry he won't be leaving Leeds.

And how did we sign Solomona? Or Kyle Briggs? Oh that's right, we paid a transfer fee for both of them. As for our crowds dropping? The Bradford fans were used to success and the lack of it adversely affected crowds. Where as, Hull have been average for pretty much all of the SL era so no one truly expects them to actually do anything.

Sammut getting fed trained status is more useful to us than Jeffries getting his passport.

Perhaps the Bulls should have sought clarification before signing Sammut?

Yeah, but we signed him before the whole Crusader-implosion. So he doesn't have the same problem other Crusader players have ie he already had a club to go to before it transpired Crusaders would not be a SL club in 2012.
So what the Bulls are wanting is to get the same dispensation for the player they've signed from Crusaders as the rest of the league gets for signing a Crusaders player.

And I don't blame them & hope they are successful. But in that case they must have signed him on the assumption that there was no such thing as the dispensation (unless they got a sniff that it was forthcoming).
