As the statement says, they have to sort out the initial issues prior to implementing phase 2.

My understanding is that the BOD have to call an EGM within 28 days of one being requested, although I stand to be corrected. I don't know what Bullbuilder's view on this is but I think this is a reasonable timescale for the board to come back to the fans with full answers to the questions. I'm not talking about 3 or 4 quips in the T and A but a detailed manifesto outlining the new investment partners, shareholders, board members as well as the other issues raised.

Ross from the T&A has tweeted that he is meeting Ryan Duckett and Peter Hood today - maybe he may get some answers there, maybe he won't....

The club had the statement at the time of issue, yes.

Speaking personally, bear in mind that they will be up to their eyeballs in work right now - not least the absolute priority of collecting in the pledges to put the immediate fire put out. And that must happen before anyone can do much else, I suggest? One step at a time.

Has Duckett seen a Bullbuilder rep since the press release? What was the outcome and any feedback?

One of the BullBuilder committee members briefly met Ryan Duckett yesterday. We're hoping to arrange another meeting with the Board, but no confirmation or dates just yet. As the last Press Release mentions, the questions are important, but converting the pledges and negotiating investment are the key, urgent tasks for the club right now.

Why are these mutually exclusive with answering questions?

Aren't people putting in hundreds of thousands entitled to some quality information?

Do the BoD not think that treating pledgers and fans with respect may just encourage slow payers to speed up?

I would just like to point out that the words that you highlight are my own, and that they represent my interpretation of the situation - they are not a quotation from anyone.

While providing answers to questions isn't necessarily exclusive of the other actions, if there is a scarcity of resource, my personal preference is that they should concentrate on negotiation and pledge conversion for now. But that's just me.
