Clough was totally anonymous last night and Gaskell was caught out of position several times (as well as being nowhere that high bomb). Perhaps they'll get dropped next week as the Giants fans seem to be demanding - and they'll end up at Halifax as well?

The clue was the way he referred to Halifax as the second worst team in the Championship.

I got this one wrong. Fax did go in for AOB but he confirmed today that Bradford also came in for him. Quality performance by him today on his debut, man of the match and a try. Hopefully we can have him for the rest of the season.

For Adam's sake I hope he gets a fair crack at SL now. He is clearly more than good enough for it and he needs game time in that division now. Another season in the Championship won't improve his game much.

His passing from acting half is spot on giving our half backs so much time today and made a massive difference. Reminds me very much of Paul Rowley.

Dunno which Giants fans you've been talking to as most of us have been very impressed with Gaskell in his 1st 2 games, probably in the top 3 players so far for us.
