Numpties was referring to those who chose to conduct a hate campaign against Ken and his family...obviously not town fans in general. I dont care what happened personally as it was between the businessmen to sort out, just didnt like the way certain sections of towns supporters chose to make it personal.

No, i'm a sports fan not a businessman, i couldn't care less what happens in the offices. not many giants fans were bothered as it didnt affect what happens on the pitch, nor did it with HTFC, it was only the aggressive campaign that made people aware and jump on the bandwagon.

No, it was the Examiner at the time, he put the shares into a trust which secured the future of both clubs. |

A transfer that was authorised by Kirklees Council. Dean Hoyle has publicly stated that the biggest hold up in the transfer back was that authorisation. Now I don't know why that was a problem for Kirklees, but it is unlikely to be Ken Davy's fault. To this day Ken Davy still has a £ 487k soft loan to Huddersfield Town, that hardly seems like a shafting. |
