| Quote: Bullseye "The contrast with last week is amazing. Sort of sums us up this season, capable of a good result occasionally (in the wet) and equally capable of total capitulation against a side that can throw the ball around.'"
That reminds me very much of Warrington under Daryl Van de Velde, and dare I say it, under Cullen too. I felt genuinely sorry for you lot today, not pretty viewing.

Forgot Mark Flannagan.
Obviously a lot of the players above are not at the club for various different reasons not all down to the club and some of them I wouldn't want at the club but Wardle is the worst for me. I would have hoped we would have learnt from our mistakes by the time he left for Huddersfield for more cash than we would or could offer him.

Not been funny but give me Ben Harris over Atkins any day. More worrying for us is the juniors coming through. Are they good enough?? They're getting belted everyweek and a lot of them are full-time.
One player we have let go that could come to bite us is Ben Helliwell. Deemed not good enough for us. But had gone and signed for.... you guessed it Warrington.

That's the same Noble whom also released Bridge, told Leon he wouldn't make a stand off so long as he had a hole in his a*se. Some say he's a super coach too
No he didnt. McNamara and Peter Hood did. As they did with Fielden, Vainikolo, Hape, Burgess, Burgess.

| Your fans were good today, nearly everyone of them stayed to the end and were singing for your team thoughout the game
I know how you guys feel, I have watched the Wire get battered enough times over the years believe me.
Not wishing to rub anything in but you just did not have any smart players out there. No one to give direction or that bit of class. I am a fan of Mick Potter and I think he has shown at Catalans and Saints he is a good coach. I think the loss of Matt Orford hit you hard and you are still feeling his loss.

| Can i ask, how many of you came over today?
Because you chanted all the way through and cheered loudly when you scored.
Great effort and you stayed to the end.

One day Mike, when it all is able to come out, you will get a better idea of why the first three of those ultimately had to go. Not that it should be any surprise for anyone other than the flat-earthers in denial of the financial mess we ended up being in. As for the Burgesses, remember it was your mate Caisley who did the deals and heaven knows what else. I doubt anyone, including your hero Brian, could have kept them here in the face of what Crowe had on offer for them.

| One bit that a poster missed from the interview with radio leeds was the end bit when Potter was asked what do you need to work on in training he said they have to remedy everything from kick offs to passing to tackling and said he doubts there will be time to address it all in a week. No wonder you lot are cheesed off, surely if loads to do he should give the players extra training in my view.

| I can accept losing, in fact I pretty much expected a loss. However after the performance we put in versus Huddersfield I thought we would at least make a bit of a game of it.
As I said in the in game thread, some players just didn't look like they could be bothered today. It certainly wasn't all of them, people such as Koppy and Raynor chased back hard to try and prevent scores. Unfortunately several were just going through the motions and that just isn't acceptable for me. In fact if they're back in the team again versus Hull KR I think I will do something else with my afternoon. And to think some folk on here were happy for the likes of Ah Van to get a new deal!!

| Quote: Oggy7 "From a Warrington fans perspective, you have obviously recruited some very average players - Herbert is garbage, Kearney is almost as poor, and generally speaking you are too slow and lack ideas.
Sammut should hopefully give you a much needed boost next year, and Burgess looks a belter and definately a star of the future! Hope he doesn't leave to join his brothers for your sake...'"
I hope he doesn't join his brothers either, I hope he's Morley's replacement.
The boy is a monster!!!

| Hopefully they can put this match behind them, it's the game in two weeks that we need to be pumped up for.
If we don't show any desire and effort in the home game against KR then something is seriously wrong.

Can't believe this from a so called pro...surely there was a plan and structure in place along with the new training regime and facilities put in place to enable progress...Yet he is addressing issues that should not be there if he new the remedy.

I suspect it is a case of 'when' rather than 'if' for Tom. If we continue to be lower end of SL side, he'd be a fool not to leave sooner rather than later. It is a short career afterall.

| What with other SL sides pinching our youngsters and stupid Russell Crowe tempting our senior players, it's a wonder why we even bother sometimes.

Noble didn't release Atkins that was all McNamara's doing.
