I like the concept and think it was great for moral last year.
it offers something different - not a wholesale change for the year, get to see some great young players and although im not convinced with the four nights ill certainly be at three of them. Injuries are part and parcel of our game and i think if you took the average injuries per 9's night against a super league game think it will be drastically low as there is less physical impact due to the nature of more one on one tackles and the idea being that you spread the ball out to gaps rather than look at completion rate or territorial advantage.

I reckon we should play Jeffries and Herbert in the 9s to give them some kind of game time together ha ha

also no point wasting burgess when we are waiting on scrutes back and hargreaves is not likely to be fit for a while. id give john murphy a run -watched him on saturday and was impressed.
