Why do you think I timed it to coincide with the season? It was purely for the consideration of other fans and anyone sat/stood behind me.

I think they've been made aware before as I know I've heard of several incidents in the past with that particular individual. Perhaps difficult to do anything without physical evidence.

I am in no way condoning their actions but at least the created some atmosphere compared to the dull atmosphere we witnessed many times last year!

Yes, some chants were distasteful but if they do happen to be at our next game and start their chants, I suggest we just sing over the top of them and still create a good family atmosphere for everybody else

Some people near me did have a problem with people standing for big moments i.e. Our only second half try. That was what annoyed me. I understand that you don't need people standing for the full match when it's all seating.

Erm, I go to every away game except for the Catalan trip. We always have a fantastic atmosphere at away games.

I'd agree. I've always found the away atmosphere good. I mean obviously no set of supporters are going to be that vocal when you get a drubbing like we did at wigan last year. It's the home matches where atmosphere suffers.

Yeah, but what I'm saying is that it becomes that because of the people who stand constantly. If someone does something constantly enough to annoy you, then when someone else does it just once, you're already in the annoyed frame of mind and then someone innocent gets verbal.

If everyone only stood occasionally, nobody would be bothered.

This "Ginner" bloke has been reported at pretty much every away game hasn't he? Still seems to be wearing the same shirt to make it easy to identify him.

That must have been very annoying. All those ignorant people complaining because just they couldn't spring to their feet as quickly as those in front (or in some cases, at all) and therefore missed the "big moments" like "our only second half try" due to someone standing up in front of them. How can people be so selfish? Just petty isn't it.
