Have to say, as it stands, the Bulls players will all have comfy beds to sleep in, a nice car stereo and maybe some cheap beer in a couple of local pubs in 2014....as well as access to a very successful debt collector if their wages are not forthcoming.

And a ground to actual play rugby in. And have a full team around them.

Pretty good! They're on a better deal than me. All my work is done for nothing. I am a volunteer and proud of it too!

Plus I can't really argue with the magistrates court can I?

I think you will find creditors raise charges: banks, debenture holders, lease companies. If you do a search on most companies you will find registered charges, and with interest rates so low it would be sensible for a company to have a degree of leverage.
Also it was the annual return due on the 27th September not the accounts. As the company was only incorporated in August 2012 the first accounts are not due to be filed until next year.

Its even longer than most people think.
Following incorporation on 30/8/2013 the OK Bulls Ltd year end was given as 31/8/2013: so the accounts would be needed to be filed on or before 31/5/2014.
However all SL clubs have to have the same year end (31st October). To comply with this requirement, on 10/5/2013, the company filed a change of year end date to 31/10/2013.
This means that the accounts are due on or before 31/7/2014.

Trolls should make a note in their diaries- 1st August 2014 for the accounts to be overdue!

Nah, for any company their first set can only be a maximum of 21 months after incorporation. Which is why our accounts are due on 30/5/14 after the company was incorporated on 30/8/12.

Yeah, I'm sorry your club still haven't actually announced any players or where they're going to be playing or that you'll even be in a position to complete any of your fixtures.

I'm also sorry that you were wrong that having Mr Whitcut as a director would be detrimental to the Bulls new owners being ratified by the RFL.

By the way, we have 22 players signed and if the RFL bought us a ground, we'd have somewhere to play too
