| There seems to be a lack of concentration with everyone at the moment, i don't know if its the "we can easily beat this team" or not. There have also been a number of times this season that we have thrown poor passes and dropped the ball and the opposition have immediately scored we saw it again today. I can see us getting beat very soon if the mental fitness does not start to improve.
But at the end of the day a win is a win

| I'd much rather see a competitive match and I didn't expect Dewsbury to lie down and let us walk over them. I'm happy to see Jimmy ring the changes. It probably wouldn't be a disaster if we lost the occasional game. We certainly took stock of things after the Leigh debacle. I still wouldn't consign anyone to the scrapheap......and we have several rather good players that didn't play today. It's all about timing things to arrive at the right place after 23 rounds. Dewsbury showed up well. I suspect more tough derbies lie in wait and the intensity of them could be very useful preparation for the real thing.

We said exactly the same today. A rubbish 20 mins, followed by a brilliant 10 mins; then the pattern repeated. Then a really good last 15 mins.

| I think dewsbury & batley have learned from what happened to Fev & taken steps to make sure we don't get time & space like that again.
Lots of unforced errors though. Again.
I thought siejka was a bit better again, for the 2nd week in a row. Fleming had a better game. So the squad is being used.
I think the Dewsbury Physio covered more ground than Karl Pryce, who doesn't seem to be designed for a part time training regime. There were more tries to be scored there, but ultimately errors & Dewsbury intensity restricted those chances.

| Well, firstly to say, what a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon out. We gave Dewsbury a ground record crowd, it was a great atmosphere, great weather- whats not to like?
As for the actual performance, well, as usual it was good in parts. There were parts where I thought we played really well, then we seemed to fall away. Credit to Dewsbury though, they muscled up, never gave in and really pushed us.
Honourable mentions today to Walshaw who I thought was our MoM - the way he keeps those long legs pumping always seems to gain an extra ten yards. Also though Halafihi showed up well, and there good stints from Addy and Pitts. Etu on the wing for mine from now on...
But we're still not really firing in the creative department. Seijka was a bit better today, but we're still relying too much on Gaskell and he can't slice through on every play now that the defences are targeting him. Fleming looks like he has been on the pies - needs to spend more time in the gym!
And what a big waste of space Karl Pryce is... Goes into the tackle and hits the ground faster than a sack of potatoes!

| I think too much goes through Gaskell. It's making us easy to read. The ball seems to follow him around too much as such we can be too predictable. The default position seems to give him the ball which is understandable but we need more to go through others. Siejka should be demanding the ball a bit more - he seems a bit low on confidence. Addy had a better game today so maybe he can distribute a bit more.
I thought we lived a bit dangerously at times today. Still, a win's a win.

| Ref OK today then ??. We must of had our usual ref at Leigh today because we won by quite a few points today against Workington. Its getting ridiculous having him every week now Sorry "Cokey" but i just had to mention the ref ....Refs don't get mentioned much on this board .
