Could technically be 10 due to our woeful points difference. We're 120 points behind Wakefield

Instead of trying to catch Wakefield why not have Salford in our sights too. Looking more likely to catch them as each week goes by :/

Not really. Makes our fixtures against hull and widnes must wins to match wakey. Doubt their going to pickup points v Sts so not a must win for us but big boost if we can get it.

I didnt think they would beat hull away or out 50 past Catalans. We can't just match Wakey we have to get at least 3 more wins than them. Every game now we need to try and win.

We've already played the two fixtures Wakey have just won and we lost them both!

I know that. Point I was making was that we can't get too fixated on other teams results. Concentrate on ours.

We always knew it was going to be a very tough ask to pull back 6 pts, especially with all the off field problems at the beginning. It would be a huge boost if we could pick up a result against either Saints or the Giants before we head into what will be a hugely important run of games. After the daft magic weekend we face Catalans (a), Wakefield (h), Salford (a), Hull KR (h). Can't afford too many slip ups in that run of games. Praying we have some luck with injuries and a permanent signing or 2 to strengthen us.

I rekon we need to win all those games after the Saints and Giants games as we have:

Wolves (A)
Dragons (H)
Saints (A)
Giants (A)
Warriors (H)
Rhinos (A)
Hull FC (H)

Hopefully if we can beat either one of Saints/Giants in the next week or so plus wins against Catalan, Wakey, Salford and Hull KR. Then the run of games mentioned above would only mean we need to pick up a win or two. Then we are left with Castleford, Widnes and London as the final 3 games. We can do it! We will stay up!!!

Not so sure about our pack really. We're missing Amor for 3 months now, Manu is still a month away with a broken thumb, Laffranchi is out for an indefinite period and LMS only plays against London. Although it would be helpful if our pack transformed into something aggressive and purposeful - Walmsley aside as he's always a rock (bar his occasional PTB blunder) - I am much more concerned about our defence which still wasn't anything like it should be when we played London.

I wouldnt our George and Foster on the same side though, make much more sense to have kear/george and arundel/foster.

At prop and loose i would swap aound chev/pitts and mellor if they are starting to flag through the game.

Hopefull Kaufusi can bring come of the biff Nas has been lacking, if only fakir was playing, and fingers crossed we keep hold of Kaufusi in the long term would be really nice to have Nas, him, Fakir, Sidlow, Chev and mellor as our props with maybe a loanee or 2 coming in also
