Even a high profile first team player who's out of contract at end of season and hasnt re-signed yet?. Could be that Bailey doesnt feature in leeds plans past this season and they won't be bothered about losing him a couple of months early. We could be in talks with him for next year regardless of Whitehead situation as anti tampering deadline has passed and we looking for re-inforcements in forwards for next year anyway. Stranger things have happened, although I'd be surprised after FC's comments about no marquee signings for next year which I'd still class bailey to be. |
