Apart from the ones that have upgraded to radios, though, it will have come as a nice surprise to see on Teletext that they had won.

I just love these Giants fans. You beat us at home something like three times in 40 years and suddenly you have all got a voice. Show us your medals at the end of the season, I don't think so.

Giants do rely on Davy to keep the team going as do many other clubs looking to compete in the top 8. The only thing that has kept Bradford alive in the last five years is selling decent players (Peacock, Fielden, Lynch, Lesley, Hape) and buying dross to replace them. Other clubs who dont have a sugar daddy, live to their means, as other businesses do, buying players who they can afford. If a club is going to have greater outgoings than income, and rely on sponsorship/good cup run/playoffs, then they arent being run by the right people.

I feel for Bradford and their fans i really do, i used to enjoy watching them and recently they have shown that their youth system is still keeping them competitive. I just wish this animosity and constant ribbing didnt have to go on, its boring. We have had the tough times at Huddersfield, and have come through to build solid foundations. We know what its like and should support you through it. Similarly another West Yorkshire team that isnt Leeds finally looks like breaking into the Lancashire stronghold and SOME fans are finding every way possible to knock us down.

It's called Banter - if you can't take it don't hand it out. The reason the Giants aren't getting the credit you you seem to think they deserve (they are top of the league in April that is all) might have something to do with how arrogant the Giants fans seem to be. I mean the ones that stand down the pop side and then don't like to hear the partisan Bulls fans. What did they expect to hear standing there? Coming on here handing it out and then crying about it when someone takes the mick back.

Oh and I'd give up on the financial lecture in your position too - certainly while there is still Rugby League in Sheffield. It's very easy for clubs to get into trouble we aren't the first and we won't be the last. You mate have a very short memory.
