Another 5 mins against both Crusaders & Quins could have seen us lose and if Dureau's drop goal attempt had gone over!!!

Just heard Potter on Radio Leeds and he's not that confident of us making the top 8.

Mentioned the lack of confidence and said it's not down to lack of effort.

I take consolation in how bad things have been at various points since 1863, and yet the club endured on each occasion and came back stronger.

Well thats just what you want to hear from your coach, not confident about making the 8. He must have no motivation skills whatsoever.

Oh come on. If he'd come on and said he WAS confident of making the 8, then you'd be saying he was being unrealistic.

I would be more worried if he said he thought we would make the 8!!!!!

I agree, but I think what Asim's hinting at, not too cryptically, is that the willingness to excuse the McNamara years and the admirable optimism shown by many on here is partly the cause of why we are where we are. I imagine that will continue, although Hood's talk of being prepared to bring in Mason etc, might indicate he does realise it's time for a gamble or two.

Oh, I saw Asim's hint alright. Don't think it follows though. Maybe if they'd been more patient with Todd's supposed mediocrity they'd still be where he left them, thirty odd places above where they are currently.

Is it not a Bradford problem that we accept third rate everything Council, City Centre, The Odeon the list goes on and on unfortunately. I think it's great we have patience and understanding just maybe too much of both.
