Can't imagine after our poor season this year we make all these signings ( some of them pretty damn average) and not one of them is in the big position we lacked all year. Even with Potter in charge it would be an odd. You can say maybe there wasn't anyone good enough available, but i'd take pretty much anyone over a makeshift ( bar Paul Cooke).

exactly my thinking. we've signed cover for very position without addressing the key problem that de-railed last year.And by that I mean having just one dedicated half, someone playing out of position in other the half slot and no backup. Just cant see us making that mistake.
