Platt is a liability and Langley isn't half the player at prop no matter people saying he plays like a prop anyway.

Behind a big front row last year he was back to his best. Quite apart from struggling with injuries this term he looks back to the form he was in 2010 when we was spelling in the front row with Glen Hall.

I dont think Addy is worth more than the 50k a season. If he has been offered more elsewhere then let him go sign for them.

He will be a loss to the team but he is not worth more in my thinking. He's no Trent Barret.

If we can offload Langley & Diskin along with Lulia confirmed. That is going to be a massive chunk of the money we have avalible to spend on new players.

I agree with FA on Addy, so if he wants more than say, £50k, he'd be better looking elsewhere. Under £40k and we should keep him for his potential and versatility if nothing else. I've no idea what we have offered.

It's all very well saying we have loadsamoney for new players if we offload Lulia and Diskin but there may not be the quality we need that's out of contract and in the positions we need to strengthen. Can anyone name a half decent halfback who could be cover for us next season?

With Carvell on board Langley can drop back into the second row. With us losing Whitehead and potentially Addy we need at least one second row and a halfback. With Lulia going we need to re-sign Blythe at the very least and give Wood a chance to stake a claim next year too as that will Purtell's last.

So another second row (two if Addy [iand[/i Whitehead go) and a halfback (if Addy goes) are needed along with Blythe signing with us permanently.

I hope we re-sign Donaldson and Langley, Kearney takes the option and stays for 2014 too. Although I remain to be convinced about Evans I think we will need him too if we can get him.

Rodger you are boring at times. - If Langley doesnt resign - on a vastly reduced wage offered. And he does end up at Castleford we will need 2 more props.

Dave Halley was on £40k a season. Im not saying Addy is on 50k but i would only offer him about 50k a season on a 2yr deal.

Over the moon with the signing of Carvell. He will really add to our pack next year.

Disappointed in losing Lulia, defensively he was superb and a top quality centre. Maybe now his future his settled we might see the best of him this year.

If Addy has rejected a contract then I won't lose any sleep. He's a decent player but not someone we should be paying over the odds for.

Really hope we sign Donaldson. Langley I think should be on reduced terms. I just don't think he offers us that much.

I said recently that Addy had impressed me & could have a good future in the game. But he has a fair way to go yet. Unless Salfod are offering him silly money I can't see any top 8 team giving him much game time at this stage.

Pity about keith but as said he has been a shadow of himself last year when he was ripping it up. Chev will again help the 'still' young lads

Carvell is a really good signing if true and a much needed enforcer, who along with manase next year will atleast give us a chance

Also as well as covering half back, Gaskell can play centre as he is doing at salford

Addy is ok,no more than that imo.

I think Gale's still good enough to provide some guile at halfback provided he can avoid any daft injuries like the one that kept him out early this year. He showed he was good enough in 2012.

As Peter Fox said "forwards are what you build your team around" so Carvell is a welcome addition (provided it all goes through).

Addy is good backup at halfback so if we lose him we'll need someone to take that place.

And doing very well imo, he would be good addition if it come to fruition, young and with a good work ethic.

Is everyone set on keeping Foster on the wing, he seems more of a centre to me?
