| Quote: Nothus "The difference with Morrison was that he played anyway even when he was busted
The whole reason Morrison left in the first place is because he was on the rehab bench more than he was on the pitch. Great player for us when he was out there, but wasn't out there enough to justify the money he was on.
I personally wouldn't include players like Kohe-Love and Sculthorpe who played no or nearly no games. They pretty much had one big injury rather than a succession which qualifies them for the "man of biscuit" type of title.
Jake Mullaney is a good shout though, even though he was only here a year. He barely lasted more than a game at a time before he was limping again. Again, a big shame as the lad was quality.

| Bit unfair including Jamie Langley as he spent most of his career being used as a battering ram by us. It was only towards the end that the constant hammering caught up with him.

| I'm also surprised that Dale Ferguson has been included because I got a real blasting on here for accusing him of stealing a salary. Never doubted how good he was when he played but he just didn't play enough.

He's more pie crust than biscuit.

Morrison was the epitome of the 'all-action hero', an absolute 100% effort bloke who, in all truth, and given his 'up and at 'em' style, we really might have expected him to have been injured far more than he actually was.
In short, to include him in the 'biscuit' category is ludicrous imo.

| If its injuries in their career you can add Paul Anderson to that, must have spent about 5 seasons at Fax and only played about 3 games. Obviously went on to be brilliant for Bradford.

| Tbf, I don't remember Newlove showing any real biscuit tendencies, although he showed a spectacular 'throw toys out of pram' attitude when Peter Fox didn't have his contract renewed, just before SL1

| Of course we could also put together a team of players who exhibited whatever the reverse of biscuit is.
I'm thinking instantly of Bernard Dwyer rupturing both biceps but staying on the field to literally hurl himself at people without the use of his arms. What a bloke.

To rupture one is unlucky, to rupture both is just plain careless.

I read that somewhere. Was it in Robbie Paul's autobiography? Dwyer was already a hero, but hearing that about him just proved it.

He didn't do both in the same game. He tore the first in the Salford game 2 weeks before the 2000 Cup final against Leeds and then played in the final. The week after in the game against Hull he did the other he then hung up the boots.
