I also thought he was miles away from the line, will be interesting to see what happened on Super League Fulltime later. However, it's a bit much suggesting that it had much bearing on the result really. It completely ignores the fact that a spirited Bradford team were totally outclassed for about an hour of the match.
As for Solomona, he looked knackered when he left you and Tony Smith reinvigorated him and he had a fine first two years. He looked well and truly finished today though.

I don't think it would have had a bearing on the result but I think we might have scored again, which would have made it interesting. As it was, it sealed the game and heads went down. It was a shocking call.

Others/MINOTAUR.JPG Crude and slow Whino, your attack was no better than that of a clumsy child.:Others/MINOTAUR.JPG |

| We made a shocking start to the game, to concede on a power play on their very first set of 6 then kick the ball out on the full from the restart! we didn't really get the ball until we were 36-0 down and just about everything Warrington tried came off...
Where was Jeffries? sure i saw him warming up but could be wrong, and Langley didn't return for the 2nd half so i presume he's injured. I agree that defensively the Platt/Ainscough combination is vulnerable but they did some good things in attack in the 2nd half, Koppy was impressive as usual and Sammut was as lively as ever but i would have liked to see Kear at Full-back in Kearney's absence.
As for the Solomona try, i had a good view from the stand and it was grounded on the line.
Don't get too upset about the W**ky Warrington chant Wire fans just a bit of banter and was good to see the Wire players come over to the Bulls faithful after the game.
Lets hope we can secure 2 points next week and hope other results go our way...COYB.

| Quote: Bullseye ""Wanky Warrington" is never a chant meant with real bad feeling though is it? More of a gentle mickey take. As your fans are used to chanting nowadays "We're not y anymore!"
Nevertheless it perhaps would've been better not to hear it after the gesture of giving ticket money to Bullbuilder.
Sounds like a good effort by the boys let down by too many errors.'"
I don't think you should have to change your modus operandi just because the club may be indebted to another. I'm glad the Bulls fans chanted anti-Rhinos chants last week. It wouldn't be the same without it.
Do people seriously expect Bulls fans to stand on the terraces taking flak but not give it back?

Didn't notice any `flak` from Wire fans about Bulls` performance?

| Jeffries warmed up. A note was passed around the press bench that he had failed a fitness test after the warm up. I suspect that could be a concussion reaction and he may have had a late cog test, after feeling rough in the warm up.
Scruton was then named at stand off...and 5 minutes later a switch of scruton and Addy was made

I was stood right inline with solomonas try and he did ground it on the line just, dont understond some of thalers calls though wire got a pen for us pushing back after he called held but when wire did it to use he didnt give anything.
We where in it at 32-16 and i said to the gf that who ever scores next will run away with it and wire scored then scored 2 more right after.
Thaler was very poor for this game and every game he has reffed bring back alibert and bentham, christ even ganson is miles better than him.

| Yeah Solomona grounded it.
We had a bit of momentum but we'd be kidding ourselves to think if it hadn't been given we'd have got back in with a shout.
It was a great effort to improve that much in the second half, but Wire took their foot off the gas a bit too.

Not true I'm afraid. Credit where it's due, the in goal judge got it spot on. I saw the ball on the line for about half a second and thought we'd been let off, then saw the in goal judge who saw what I did. No one else seemed to see that though.

| It was always going to be a difficult task to get the points at the HJ. We needed to be pretty flawless and have a bit of luck and Wire had to come up with some errors, but it never happened. From the close call on the first try to the wicked bounce for the second you could tell it just wasn't going to be our day, and to make it worse it was us coming up with the errors. I don't think we played badly though and there was shed loads of spirit, it was just that Warrington were red hot on the day.
FWIW, I don't think Solo got near and I was pretty much right behind. Whitehead was grounded on the line and Solo was on the other side of him, just can't see how it was possible to be honest. Didn't affect the result at the end of the day though and I wish Wire all the best for the run in and play-offs.

IMO most of their tries came from 2nd phase plays from offloads in the centre which we didn't get to grips with, then as we scrambled they moved the ball into support runners in space. Can't remember any really bad defensive mistake where someone flew out of the line unless they were trying to defuse a 3-1 overlap as Ainscough tried once & failed.

it was Kearney who got concussed last week so surely he'd be the one who failed the cog test?.

From the side it was one of those where he seemed about to ground the ball short but managed to stretch out his arm. Definitely grounded it on the try line.

Agree with that mate, the offloads killed us. It can be a bit risky but they rode their luck on occasion and to be fair did it pretty skilfully. I wouldn't blame the defensive pattern at all, even though over eighty minutes there was obviously the odd glitch.
It was the same last week when we had people after the Leeds game saying the defence was poor, but again it really wasn't; what killed us in that game was lost ball when we were in possession, take away the walk ins when no defence was set and that game was wide open.
