If you can't see the problems with Karl Pryce, then you think too much of your own scouting abilities.

| This would be just the signing we need. A stand off most importantly, home grown, big name with links to our glory days, still a good performer, and a transfer that would create some buzz....
...unfortunatly I really can't see it happening, only possible chance if he was OOC, which he's not, and/or the new coach doesn't rate him, which no one would know.
I live in hope, really hope Mick is right, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Pryce needs somebody to bring the best out of him, he has immense talent but hasnt yet used it all. He's still a damn site better than any winger we currently have though.

| I'd be happy with Finigan and Pryce on the wings.

| KP is intending to stay at Wigan next season. We were offered him on loan earlier this year and turned it down

thats a bit harsh about Leon mate tbf, especially when your lot have at least half a dozen players that do it every week, that worrincey couldnt tackle a hot dinner!
i can't see any reason as to why Leon would want to go back to you other than offering him silly money, but arnt you lot on your ar'ses with the money due to dwindling attendances etc?

He has immense size, little talent and no heart. He is the only person who can bring the best out of him, he needs to stop feigning injury and use his size to do more than fall over the line after he's been set up by a decent centre.

| As an outside looking in, if you could sign Leon and Karl Pryce, along with Paleaasina, you would improve dramatically.

| Leon pryce will go where the money is. He was at a question and answer evening for langleys testimonial and he said the next club to sign him will be whoever offers the most money. Can't fault him for his honesty but I think you'd be involved in a bidding war to get his signature because he'd get in any side in the league

Whilst I'm sure there is an element of truth in what he said, it would also be a fairly obvious answer to that particular type of question.

Never said we haven't got that in our team. And believe me, if it was up to me, Worrincy would never play for the club again. But just because we've got loads of them, doesn't mean Leon doesn't do it. When things are going well, Leon is an awesome player. When things aren't, he hides behind the PTB so he doesn't have to get involved. He did it with us and he does it at Saints. But he's better than our current options without a shadow of a doubt.

In a word, no.

We can offer him something no other club in league can, a testimonial season, a 3 year contract with us would see him qualify for a testimonial, which would be a fairly lucrative bonus on top of any contract he signs.

| Are exactly that - rumours!
theres no chance of leon returning to odsal next year. Mick's heard a mutter and ignored the year left on leons contract. Hobby who mick claimed as proof of this deal has said its not for next year but for 2012 if at all. micks mutterings about pryce, reardon, halley and sheriffe being on beer night before game are also rubbish as they were in local pub last sunday ( evening off their respective matches).
