A farce? Why does it make a difference?

The only fixture that affects anything is the Bash/Magic one, because it's an "extra". Every other fixture doesn't really matter when it is, you have to play them at some point anyway.

May be a small argument for when travelling to France/Canada, but other than that, it makes very little difference.

Think it's really more a matter of finance - home games equate to income and away ones to expense, so a more even income stream is better than the opposite.

This my point. Surely we someone can organise the fixtures so we don't have one home game in 2 months.

But it evens out. No home games in a long stretch means a lot of home games in a different stretch. I appreciate clubs living hand to mouth may struggle a little, but after Round 23, you've had the same amount of home and away games regardless of when they were played, and the same income over the period. I don't really see an issue.

Any idea if there are plans to televise Championship games next year or are we still on black out?

Actually I've seen a few rumours kicking around that Sky might actually be toying with the idea of showing some championship games this year. Fingers crossed they do, although what that would mean in terms of additional revenue I don't know. The champ clubs would be quite within their right to demand some, but no doubt the SL chairmen would object.

If they are gonna show fixtures, they need to get it sorted pretty quickly or run the risk of annoying fans with last minute kick off changes

Looking over the fixture list again I notice we're down to play Featherstone twice at home, firstly on the 12th of Feb and again on the 11 th of june, I wonder if Fev know about this? There is a separate away match listed so they haven't missed that out.

On a serious note, which fixtures are you looking at that has that error?
