| Typically the T&A report today that Chisholm, Moss and Kavanagh are the next ones "likely" to leave.
Give us a break!

Well yeah. The RFL have put down as criteria that the newco owners must be able to financially guarantee a minimum of 3 years. So they'll already have shown they have the money to back up their plan
But obviously, that's on the assumption that newco will be a FT time team

| Well let's see. Nothing confirmed yet. Chisholm has EU status so may be less complicated.

| Chisholm has been on Facebook stating he wants to stay, along with Peltier. I know this isn't exactly new news. But I'd be more inclined to believe the player at this moment, considering they were annoyed at being fed false info so I can't exactly see them doing that.
In the event that they do go we still half a 'team' sort of. Can't see it surviving in the Champ though :/
Campbell
Caro
Ryan
Oakes
Macani
Pryce
Keyes
Magrin
Lumb
Joseph
Foster
Burr
Bentley
Halafihi
Peltier
Kirk
Mendieka
Trueman, Thomas, Rickett as reserves. Can't think of the others at the moment. That's if Chisholm, Kavanagh and Moss go.
I would imagine one or two signings before the season starts plus a few loan players. Would deffo look into getting a few second-rows to mover Foster back out wide and Burr to 13.

| A couple of things:-
The original RFL statement said a professional team playing in Bradford, didn't stipulate playing at Odsal which is crippling any club with the upkeep to current H & S standards. Also if it's post liquidation what has the new club got as the administrator will likely be selling anything that isn't nailed down. No kit, no training equipment, no match day facilities, Jesus he might be vein be selling the corner flags the goal posts and padding. Is he trying to sell the coral stand as well. ...??? Surely the RFL are going to make sure that essential equipment is purchased from the administrator before he can dispose of it, it must be the least they can do

I'd be amazed if the RFL didn't just out and out refuse any suggestion of playing anywhere else.
It's up to them who gets the license at the end of the day. Considering they own the lease, I'd be gobsmacked if they just accepted a bid to play elsewhere and left themselves with the lease for a hole in the ground doing nothing. They don't have to say the reason for rejecting a bid is because they didn't want to play at Odsal, they can make up any cock and bull (no pun intended) story as to why they've refused a bid.

| Quote psychostring="psychostring"Seeing the two pictures that went up on Twitter today has made me feel a lot more positive about things. Two pics of the remaining former Bulls players training together this morn in Bulls training gear. If all the players in those pics do sign up to the new club we'll still have the makings of a decent team. Only ones I couldn't see were Chisholm, Joseph and Lumb. Chisholm is in Oz still though.
To keep doing what they're doing, unpaid with all the stress is unbelievable. I really hope the Batley game can go ahead this weekend as I really want to go down and appalud them for just being there.
[uIf I can go to bed on Sun night having watched a Bradford team play rugby and with a new club and owners in place I'll be a happy man.
[/uStill half expecting an announcement saying "none of the proposals were acceptable so it's a non-starter"!'"
Is that logistically possible? If the RFL were to approve new owners this week, surely the formalities will not be complete before the Batley game. So who would employ and be liable for the welfare of those players?
If I were a new owner I wouldnt want a game to take place, supposedly in my name, until I knew that all the formalities were complete, players and staff (including medical) were contracted, insurance arrangements in place etc etc

| Quick question, apologies if it's been answered elsewhere as I don't have time to trawl through literally 100's of posts on various threads...
We know that Thorne bought the Bradford Bulls name, logo, branding, intellectual property rights etc etc.
What happened to the rights to the Bradford Northern name, logo, intellectual property rights etc when we switched to being called Bradford Bulls - who owns them?
Unfortunately I have only ever known them as Bulls, I came on board during Bullmania and don't know much about the Northern days.

| If I were Rohan I would be on the Blower to Scott Moore lining him up for when a deal is done..
Should the three listed leave we would be struggling just down to shear numbers of playing staff.
We already know that there has been a meeting with one potential owner, I would have thought the coaching staff have been intouch with any potential owner all the way through the process letting them know what they need staff wise.
If a potential owner hasn't done this they are no good as they should want to know what they are buying and try and protect that investment / make it a success from the word go.
With regards to loans Hull FC have already pledged a helping hand, and I would have thought uncle Tony would too.
One point though, when the new Bradford RL team gets the green light its a new company with unknown finance i'm not saying we will be signing NRL first teamers, but we should be able to bring some new blood in at championship level to survive.
Then next year a clean slate a few more signings and we re off again, if we get a 12 point deduction and survive I would take this as a victory that should further galvanise the squad.
what time is KO Sunday?

The guy is a total tool but beggars can't be choosers and we do need a hooker. Lumb can't do 80 minutes and Halafihi is rubbish. As a short term thing, as much as I hate myself for saying it, Moore is a good option.

I believe Cas also said they would be willing to loan players in their statement about not being vultures for our staff.

As someone put on social media earlier in the week you could use the city coat of arms as the shirt badge, there wouldn't be any trademark attached to that,
if not a new "Boar" logo could quite easily be knocked up, there were a couple of different versions anyway.
To be totally honest although certainly not the most important point at all, I find the idea of a rebrand and a totally new start quite exciting.
Bring back the Northern! Just need Deryck Fox, Medley ,Karl Fairbank, & Dave Watson back in starting line up ha.
