| Quote: FickleFingerOfFate "I would say what your BoD have fed you in relation to what has happened are very much related.
Players ring fenced, Carvell still a Bradford player, two quality quotes from your board.
The only truthful quote to come out recently is that Sammut asked to be 'released'.
Too little too late.'"
Again this is what I said on the matter
This garb you're coming out with is off topic and you changing the subject.
I'm not as small minded as you so ill wish Jarrod and the wildcats all the bet for this season.
You stay classy pal.

Then come out after a few weeks with outright ownership and then go on a signing spree that keeps us up, carlsberg don't do miracles but we sure as he'll need one now.
If has been said that FC and Sammut butted heads makes total sense that Gaskell was signed sure some maybe me speculated that Sammut would be going when Gaskell signed, or if FC does not think he is worthy enough rubs me up the wrong way he won us many games last year and could be the difference in a close game, how many off the cuff players have we got now....none as I count.

| So the thing that really gets me is timing! I loved watching Sammut when he was hot (London last year) but he didn't have a good partnership with Gale and as we've tied our flag to the Gale mast with his extended contract, we needed to find a better partner. But to do this on the eve of a new season, after the Carvell debacle and to one of our main competitors for relegation - really ticks me off. I know the new BOD have challenges but when we heard "no one will be leaving", I thought we had a fair chance of not being in the bottom 2, now I can't see how we won't be in the bottom 2. Plea to BOD - if you have any good news - get it out soon - if I'm ticked off, what the less committed fans will be god only knows

| You are the one who told me to write a letter to League Weekly basing it on lies.
Just make sure your halo doesn't fall off.

| I think it's best that this lack of cajones to fight for Bradford surfaces now, rather than at a crucial stage of an important game.

| I think you under estimate Gaskell who is the big winner from all this. When he played with us (Salford) Nobby persevered with him at Full Back.
He is a #6 and classy too - defence not his bag but he will create many a try.
Sammut is an individualist and Gaskell will be better for the Bulls. Chin up.

Correct.
Also - and I know this will get misinterpreted as sour grapes or me talking down Sammut's talents - it's not so I couldn't give a - we couldn't keep Sammut, Gaskell, Gale and Keatney all happy. One had to miss out and Cummins' man in te stand off position is clearly Gaskell.
He's quality too and I'm looking forward to his partnership with Gale.

Clearly not I've shown that you are capable of writing letters as well as comments on a message board.

| If Scruton goes, that would be the last straw. Losing Carvell and Scruton and replacing them with Mark Mexico and maybe say Ben Evans isn't going to keep us up.
If Sammut has had a set too with FC then i can see why he would want to leave.
The four interested parties to buy the club obviously are not big money men, if they were, we would not be selling our best players.

| So it's about 6.30pm tonight and I get summoned upstairs by lil bro, I jokingly greet him with "who've we sold now?" then he tells me the news. I nearly a brick.
Erm, I'd look at Theo Fages or William Barthau or Ryan Hampshire as a loan replacement, and definitely bring in Lee Jewitt on a short term contract at prop.
All these pundits who tipped us for the drop, I never really believed them until recently, even before Sammut's departure, now I'm consigned to it. But, I'll still be there on Sunday, arms folded and miserable.
