Seems like we're back in the situation we were in at the first admin. If a buyer comes in it's subject to a heap of conditions thanks to mismanagement by predecessors.

Really feel for you guys(fans) but where did all the money go when you were in your pomp and had massive crowds?? did the owners take the money and run?and left sod all when other people stepped in,im only asking as I don't know your history other that in the days when you were kings your place sold out most games that's a lot of money.

What you have to realise is that the club is an entity, and its owners are irrelevant. And you have to punish the new owners (if you can find any), and the fans and (especially) the staff for what the prevbious owners did. You have to give the new owners a jolly good thrashing, so they don't do what the previous owners did. As a deterrent. Even though when it all goes tìts up again, as it invariably will given you have thrashed the new guys within an inch of their lives, it will not be the new guys that suffer from RFL sanctions for their actions, but the next lot (if any. If you are lucky).

You really just don't get it, do you?

Good job so many of our dear friends supporting other clubs, especially ones that may or may not have been in the same relegation scrap, understand it all so clearly, eh?

Error after error. Harris saga hurt the club but the cheap season tickets crippled them. Matt Orford farce. Signing poor players on high wages. Falling crowds. Keeping Mcnamata for far too long!

The fact was we were losing money in 2003 at the height of the success. Which leads one to conclude that without a sugar daddy it's near impossible to run this club as a sound business.

If Mr Lamb is still interested in buying Bradford Bulls, he doesn't have to pay the creditors. He just has to make an offer to buy the Club from the Administrator (who then pays the creditors to the extent possible with the money he realises for the Club). Mr Lamb would know what he would be buying (an SL Club with 6 points deduction, half Sky money this year, in special measures).

I'm not sure if the Administrator has the power to make players redundant if, say, Mr Lamb said 'I'll pay you £xx,xxx for the Club - but on condition you make the (2, 3, 4, 5 {take your pick}) highest paid players redundant first" - Or some other condition - "I'll buy the Club if you get the players to accept a xx% pay cut first" etc.

There never WAS any money.

The club was always teetering, other than the short period when under Caisley they had and spent the Odsdal settlement at a frightening rate.

Other clubs were bankrolled by rich owners. Bulls never had one. That was the reason Caisley came up with the much-derided "People's Team" moniker. Concept was sound, even if the launch was so naff it killed any impact at birth.

The current RFL business model seems to require a wealthy owner. We never had one, and I suspect never will. If the club even exists.

After reading the RFLs comments in reply to Mark moor's statement some of the RFL's observations don't make sense to me:

The RFL state:

"Throughout our dealings with them, the club’s directors were unable to provide any evidence of new capital investment into Bradford Bulls and consequently, the RFL Executive had no confidence in the business plan that was presented"

"We have seen nothing further from the directors to suggest that situation has improved. Indeed their business plan revealed yet another attempt to buy the club with its own money"

So Why did you Ratify the takeover!!

Don't know enough about your finances,so can't comment on them.But playing wise,i'm sure Bradford will be ok.You'll easily reel London in and i think over the season you'll overtake a couple more teams.

Surprised all our visiting TUPE experts have not picked up on this yet:

We were told that all the staff had been TUPEd across to BB2014 Ltd from OKB Ltd, right?

So they are now all employees of BB2014 Ltd, right?

The same BB2014 Ltd that has seemingly just withdrawn its offer to buy the club assets and take over the SL License, right?

So this would be the BB2014 Ltd that is owned by Moore, Calvert and Watt and employs a load of people, but has nothing for them to do now? And nothing to pay them with?

My immediate reaction rhymes with Clucking Bell, but hey what do any of us know???
