What % of free tickets were given away that day? I'm going for 50%

It makes me laugh all these Dulls fans who think they used to get big crowds etc. For years I and many others had access to free tickets.....In fact im not convinced I paid into any game at Odsal.

This scheme is pretty much going back to them days, just remember as soon as it goes back to full price and the rugby gets dire they will drop again.

The Blue away shirt was, I believe, the last time we had a shirt that lasted more than one season.

That one I know isn't the case. We had a shirt recently that was kept for 2 years (although I forget which one off the top of my head) as the club was going to try to alternate each year which shirt they changed, but it didn't really happen except for just the one shirt.

Would love to see it return as never got to see speedway at Odsal as I was living down south but a season ticket holder at a Southern track. Saw plenty on TV and enjoyed the track. Is reason I followed Bulls before luckily moving up to Yorkshire.

During Super League shirts lasting 2 years

96-97 Home and Away, minor change with JWE replacing Bradford Council in 97 as minor sponsor.

2000-01 Blue Away.

2005-06 Home, change of collar design but shirt remained the same.

2008-09 Home, GAC replaced a minor collar sponsor.

Surely it's illegal to have a job when you're not 1 until this year?

I used to follow the Dukes all over the place, never saw anything better than racing at Odsal. The World Final in 1990 was the biggest crowd I have ever seen in Odsal in person, people were packed in and sat on the grass banking on the bend where away fans stand.

Odsal in good weather with a good crowd and atmosphere to me is perfect, no need for a fancy stadium!

I miss the smell...

me and my son often venture down to Stoke on a Sat night for the speedway. Fingers crossed it will appear at some point more local!

I've been to Sheffield. I'd probably go to Manchester too but it always seems to be on a week night whenever I've checked.
