I was amazed, and pleasantly surprised, when a fellow Reds fan pointed out that the last 3 games between us at the Willows have been;
Salford 17 Bradford 16
Salford 14 Bradford 10
Salford 18 Bradford 10
Reckon that means it's likely to be a close, tense and low scoring game.

IIRC that game was 0-0 for at least half an hour then we completely capitulated   That Bradford team has to be one of the biggest I've ever seen, there were some right freaks in there. I'm pretty sure you had Lesley & K Pryce on the wings that night... there must be at least 35 stone between them |

Pryce was the centre inside Les that day. Karl Pratt was on the other wing (with Langley as his centre, back in the days they tried Jamie out there and it really didn't work).
KP got a hat trick and Les got a brace. Deacon also got a hat trick from hooker as it was the season we had no Number 9 (until Hendo signed part way through), thanks to Mr. Hudson. |

Yeah he was never a top winger. His best games for us were when he played in the halves. Was a decent player there. |

I predict rain.
If it does continue to rain like it is doing across the dark side of the Pennines as it is over here it will be a tough game. There'll be plenty of dropped ball, so hopefully we'll be able to out muscle them in the pack and control the ball better than they do.
Our sprightly backs (Halley, Sheriffe, Reardon, Orford and Kearney) might need armbands to wade through the puddles and mud.
