Are there any lower league players who you think might make an impact in super league (current contract aside)?
Everytime I watch Halifax I wonder whether Bob Beswick might be worth a punt. Not the biggest player but quite skillful and might be an option for loose forward. Think he played a bit of super league with Widnes.
I always enjoy watching Menzie Yere play. Positional defense isn't always the best but can often clatter them. Very physical player. There's also Missy Tallywacker who often stands out for Sheffield at fullback.
Any thoughts?

We've made some questionnable decisions with regards to overseas players (which I don't agree with at all - see our board) e.g. Obst but he was only signed after our youngster severely injured himself in pre-season or Phelps who was only signed after our young BRITISH full back let himself down for the 3rd time.
The quality of our imports is far greater than yours. |

This season perhaps. You have had some right rubbish in recent seasons however.
May I also suggest that Shontayne Hape, Big Les, Ben Harris, Michael Withers etc may also have been classed by you as "Who?".
God I only wish we could have signed a megastar like Motu Tony. |
