Also confirmed here ut $500,000 a season!!!! And they say gone are the days that players come over here to set up a retirement fund! Will be great to see him ply his trade in super league though, hope he lives up to the hype, can't be any worse than Deacon though. If you don't make a good start this time round surely McBanana has to go????

It was worth it for Wigan and Trent Barrett. May not have won them the title but he made a massive difference to their side. |

He'll be our top earner as stated before, but I expect the figures quoted are slightly inflated and 'number plucking'. But to get quality you have to pay a decent wedge, let's just hope this one is more successful than our last big money halfback signing! I am a little more confident that it will! |

Hate to put this on a downer but huge money players rarely pay off. Fielden for Wigan, King for warrington, who are probably the highest earners in SL till orford arrives
