Of course I would really, but exaggeration is the key to a point
Hey, I like the optimism though. Just wish I had it

Nice little earner there for you.
Are you backing them again this year?

It was, I only stuck a fiver on but it came i very handy indeed. (they were 16-1 just after Smith took over, which was went I put on, but then the odds shortened)
No not Wire for the cup this year, but I might think about an each way bet for Wire to finish 1st in the regular season at 14-1. Leeds will be the team to beat obviously, but I think Saints will be slightly weaker and after Leeds you could pick any one of about 6 teams to get second to pay out on E/W, and so 14-1 looks a bit generous to me for Wire so that might be my bet this year, but I'll wait a bit yet I reckon. As for the CC, for some reason I think Wigan might do it, no reason at this stage, just a hunch.

| So much positivity.
I don't think we'll set the world alight, but I do think we'll improve on last year. Somewhere between 5th and 8th and hopefully a good cup run.

| After last season I'd say that it depends on how the immediate run-up to the start of the season goes. Hopefully it can't be worse than what we faced last year (which I'm convinced had a massive impact on the confidence of key players/combinations).

| A crucial difference will be the changed expectations. Last season, the expectation was that Bradford would perform comfortably within the top 8. Next season expectations will be lower, and consequently I think Bradford are more likely to be 2010's surprise package.
An analogy with Wakefield of 2009 might be appropriate (no, I'm not referring to SM's recruitment strategies ). Another quality signing in the backs could see you there or thereabouts.
A strong start to the season would do much to reinforce SM's position and give the players some confidence again (especially the likes of Platt, Sykes & Sheriffe). That said, a bad start to the season could reawaken memories of 2009 in the player's minds and confidence could take a hit - if this happens it will be 9th or below again.

Correct, and filling the overseas quota with new players was one of the reasons for not extending Morro's stay so I hope the last spot is well used.

| Hmm ....7 x £1 bets
Ist = £16
GF - £16
CC =£12
Ist + GF double =£256, plus singles bets = £32
Ist + CC double = £192, plus singles bets = £28
GF + CC double = £192, plus single bets= £28
Ist + GF + CC treble = £3,072 + (plus the acccumulated prior bets =£684).

Unfortunately, the bet wouldn't be accepted, as 1st and GF are connected bets and so you can't have the full ods in an accumulative bet.
