Crossley is steady away but he's not ripping up the U20s though, which is what he needs to do regularly to push himself forward. Either a loan or dual contract might be his best way into first team football. Not sure that Tom Burgess is really ready yet but he does have more 'moments' than Steve and is higher in the pecking order for mine.

Isn't his wrist the reason Hetherington got rid of him at Leeds? He had an op on it during the off season and I do remember him holding his wrist as though it was hurting him during the warm up of a pre season game.
