Now they are basically saying we need a new buyer no matter how poor your bid and vision is. I don't think for one minute you will go under however I can't see new owner being of the standing you would have hoped.

I'll keep this short FA, as you appear to have more serious problems to contend with now. If the RFL give the lease away for next to nothing they have lost out on what was worth 750k in the original 1.25M deal. People were complaining abut the RFL not playing ball over the lease. Anyway, saying no more and hope you can avoid liquidation. |

No, the lease was worth 1.25m. If they give it away they will have lost out 1.25m. But my comments never mentioned giving away the lease and if they did, what has that to do with the orignal 750K loan that was paid off?
