The players don't look like a tight group that is working their socks off for one another. Players arguing with one another and pointing the finger of blame. Confidence must be absolutely zero right now as well. I fully expect Wakefield to turn up full of enthusiasm next week and really sink the final nail at Odsal.

This is exactly why you need a new coach - you need someone that will get your team up for games and make them a close knit group. You're rolling over and accepting the inevitable. You've been dealt a crap hand with the points deduction, but with a team who look like they don't give a damn about it aren't helping - that's down to poor coaching.

I think there is definitely good reason to discuss the head coach position for our club but perhaps for different reasons to some. I started a thread some weeks ago asking whether we should already be putting plans in place for life outside SL. It was largely overlooked and went off topic from what I remember. I think the club do have to ask whether FC is the best man for the job in the 2nd tier or whether we'd be better served employing a coach who knows that league and the teams in it.

There are plenty of coaches out there at the moment, two key questions for me 1-Does green care enough to pull the trigger on cummins. 2 - Would any of them want to come and work with the current bunch of players having seen their attitude the last 2 weeks.
