It's 2 points away from home, will always take that whatever the score. The next 4 games should provide some focus, mostly against sides in the top half of the table and York who usually play well against us.
Very tough afternoon for the Bulls but we come away with the win. Swinton never gave in and if they perform like that for their remaining games they should avoid relegation.
Another solid performance from Lilley. His bomb in the final 10 mins forced the error which then provided Rodgers to score and win us the game. George Roby must be wounded that Lilley took his place as our starting hooker as he was head hunting him all afternoon. Grubby player that I’m glad we are shut of.
I suspect the club will be quietly setting a target of 2 from 2 on the final 2 home games. It would be a tough ask against the best side in the league and a York side who are still chasing the play offs. But with away trips to London and Sheffield after that, we have a tough run in.
