Yep this is one issue for sure. Have seen reports that the numbers watching games via the streams are exceeding by some margin the number of purchases.

Thats sounds like a good argument FOR streaming?

I guess it depends whether those who might choose to watch it at the local club or pub would have otherwise attended the match, now I am sure there might be SOME that would do that but would it stop the great majority from attending? And for those that might choose to do that, would additional sales to people like myself who can't commit to every game but would very likely buy one if I knew I could watch the stream live or the same evening if I couldn't make the game in person make up for that?

For me, today is a prime example I could have attended and if I had bought a season ticket I would of gone. As it is, I've had a busy week at work and the game slipped my mind in all honesty. I assume I have to pre-purchase a ticket at the moment? It's not something I've looked into as I've had things on since we returned to Odsal, but I might try and sort a ticket for next week against Batley. Going to games is very much a habit and it is very easy to get out of the habit and find other things to do, it is up to the club to make it as easy and as attractive as possible to get people through the gates.
