| Well they’ve named him in 19 man squad so maybe there thinking of a short stint off bench.

I would say if he played a full game for the 19s, it's more likely he's been named in this squad as cover because one of the halves/hooker has a slight doubt. They expect said half to play but there's a small chance he may not be able to, hence the inclusion of Milnes.
Total speculation, but just basing on previous squad announcements.

| Well it looks like the Bulls 20 minute switch off is happening in the first 20 minutes this week. That's good, as it could mean a good performance for the rest of the game from Bradford

| Another 2 points in the bag. Good to win a game where we were off the boil. Lots of emotion from that Whitehaven team who pushed us all game. Thought they were dead certs to win it after scoring late but a couple of penalties piggy backed us up the field for Vila to win us the game.

To be fair, conditions were pretty poor and handling and catching the ball must have been difficult. From where I was standing it wasn't certain whether Pickersgill dropped the early kick or whether it was tipped back by a Haven player - whichever, it wasn't the start we'd been hoping for. I think conditions did for both teams on occasion and our defensive effort certainly looked basically solid all game. It wasn't the day for flinging the ball out with gay abandon though, so we pretty much didn't, and most of the chances for the outside backs fell to kicks.
Keyes took his chances well, though the tackling on his first try was very poor from Haven with two players falling off at different times, equally I think the Haven coach would have called Crossley's try a 'soft' one too from their pov, with three of their big forwards in attendance they perhaps ought to have done better - but well done Crosser is my view! Vila's, well taken late try put minds at rest for the closing moments. MOM possibly Keyes, for his ability to 'unlock' the defence and to the pack as a whole for a whole hearted performance.
Nul point for the announcer's attempt at Vila's name though- "Vila Hala...Hala..hala [ihifi[/i", as in a music player. Why don't they have a quick look before reading it out and if they're not sure, just ask? It's not rocket science..

| Once again, the Mirror Image Bulls finding a way to WIn a game instead of finding the old-stylee ways to lose them! Great stuff. Plenty to be happy about, and it isn't the right time of the season to be reaching our peak.
Only blot on the landscape for me is the sheer amount of possession and position we gave up, again, with mistakes. Not sure how you fix that. Life would be significantly easier if we could.
Thought Keyes was a big factor, cool head under pressure. MoM for me.

| Keys has improved so much since he arrived at Bulls. His game management and control is very good and also his ability to take on the line and beat players in a confined space has come on leaps and bounds. Seems to me that his confidence in himself is the major factor. Maybe we can put this down to the coaching set up at Bulls I don't know but it is certainly working. Also he defence has improved vastly since his arrival.

| My lad will miss Sunday’s game, he failed the head test when he came off. I spoke to him after the game and he was a bit here, there and everywhere. He didn’t know if it happened in the first half or second half, or if he walked off or got carried off. I didn’t realise it was him at first, but after quickly trying to see if he was stood in the defensive line I realised it must be him. A bit concerning at the time

| Bulls are going to miss him on Sunday Chris but of course his health comes first. Hopefully he is ok and will only be out for 1 week.
