Dare say he will try to take a few. Luckily cream of this years crop are already signed up for next yrs first team, assuming we last that long.

4 props for this game! Did anyone ever find out if Crossley & Lauaki were injured 2 weeks ago, given we went for size (the AoB/Addy debacle), I'd have been amazed if they weren't, but hey, this is the Bulls who these days have become masters at keeping their supporters in the loop!
Also, if Gaskell was nearly fit 2 weeks ago, what sort of relapse has he had!
I've got better things to do this Sunday, will probably go watch at home to Halifax (with my ticket!), then pick and choose others.
As mentioned on other threads, why bother with the guys that are leaving, really don't get it!

Lauaki did have a knock for Fev. Don't know about Crossley.

Apart from Addy and Crossley who are heavily rumoured to be off though, who else in that 19 probably won't be here next season? All as likely to stay as leave I'd say.

Likes of Clark, Clough, Ferguson, Gaskell & Fleming aren't getting a look in as they're as good as gone, as we all wanted surely?

You would assume if that 19 is correct and we're not going to draft someone in late on, that Oakes must play too. Either on the wing or in the centre with Blythe on the wing.

He may only be in because of injuries to Ryan & Clare, but still good to see him get a chance. From what I've read about him in the 19s, he's earned it.

Haworth & Charnock, unless they're already signed up for next year? Also, strong rumour re. Welham. Good to see Keyes involved, hope the lad gets more chance than Thomas has.
Of course another dose of administration and they all could be off.

What is the point of that? In the scheme of things you doing that won't make a blind bit of difference. It's just a gesture that will cost you but get the club nowhere. Better you spend your money in the club shop, at least you'll get something for it.

I will probably be at any home game, but having paid £380 for this year's ticket - plus all of my various cash purchases, supporting events etc) I certainly won't be paying a penny extra to watch a game that apart from maybe seeing a couple of youngsters, I honestly have absolutely zero interest in, and we shouldn't be playing in.

Well, sitting by the pool in Funchal at the moment, so it will be BCB online (if I can be bothered) this week and next. After that, well, being a true Yorkshireman I will probably watch the home games as I already ponied up the dosh!

But definitely no away games, nor the final should we get there. We shouldn't be in this competition and I've really got pretty well zero interest in it.

Hope the lack of away support on Sunday drives the point home to the players

He was outstanding in the 19s last night. Showed skills and confidence. Worth his place.

Hi Errol, I will see you at the Halifax home game under the clock on platform 5, dont wear a red carnation though wear camouflage so FA cannot use his sniper rifle (made in Russia by Szpatizdummioutski) to ensure the crowd is nil.

I blame Jimmy for refusing a SH playing in SL when offered. we would never have been in the position of needing a win at Fev. And I think the consensus, that we have been missing a SH this season, would be with me. if VBFG did a statistical analysis, he would declare the lack of a SH as the most posted comment this season. And probably last.

AATEOTD what is done is done. They are still my team, even if I have not paid £380 and the rest, full credit to FA for that, and being a supporter means through thick and thin, and thinner, and thinnest.

I don't think the lack of support will affect the players. When they have had big vociferous support as at Fev it had no effect. These guys are professionals and by that they are only in it for the money. They don't give two hoots about the club as most will be off if not this year then next.

Totally agree that whats done is done. Supporters support through thick and thin and believe me I've seen thinner than this.
Half the moaners on here never go to games anyway.

See you at Whitehaven

Charnock there is talk of us trying to sign permanently, so I can understand playing him.

Howarth I agree I would generally leave out, if Lumb was fit. But he's not and I think two hookers is a better way to go. Until Lumb is back, I think playing Howarth and O'Brien together is fine.

As far as the other comments on the thread go, I personally cannot justify spending the ticket and petrol money on a game that means absolutely nothing. I'll be there at the home games, cheering the team on as normal. If everything doesn't go the wall, I'll be there next season. But trumped up friendlies in Cumbria? Sorry, I can't justify spending money that's tight enough as it is.
