Perhaps OFSTED should pay Leigh a visit

Even if Gaskell plays on Sunday he won't want to push himself after a lay off and the middle 8s approaching maybe King Jimmy will tell him to take it easy ,after all top spot has gone for Bradford now and if Leigh you on Sunday ,then Fax may beat you the following week.

Can't see Lee playing on Sunday now, no point risking him.
I'd expect him to play against Fax though, perhaps coming off the bench. I'd start with Addy and Siejka in the halves, then bring Gaskell on for a spell and shift Addy to loose where he belongs.
Now that Mullaney is injured again it looks like our halback pairing for the playoffs is going to be Gaskell and Siejka, might as well give them some time on the pitch together.

That's my point , I think the Leigh game would be very physical and would be a risk to play Lee,having said that the Fax game could be the same the week after ,you have to take a risk sometimes,maybe he might play for 40 minutes from the bench.

Released for money? Just for fun? Some other reason?

Gaskell is no doubt a talented player and every player has his price , I can't see him being at Bradford next season if the Bulls don't make SL ,no matter how long his contract is for,gone are the days when the Bulls had the spending muscle to buy and attract good players ,the boot is now on the other foot.

Times have changed without doubt. I'm not too big to admit that I too would accept a violent tempered buffoon putting in money into my club. Whilst we'd have to cringe at the odd twitter meltdown or foul-mouthed tirade, at least we'd be signing some good lads.

It's hard to imagine Gaskell swapping one Championship club for another but the hassle of driving to work could be a factor. I would have thought he would be looking upward and hoping a Super League club would be interested.

The word is he is interested in coming to Leigh and who wouldn't be?A club on the Rise ,very ambitious,an Owner with ambitions who knows what he wants,and a good young Coach,and Leigh is not far from St Helens.

I understand that virtually all of the Bradford team want to sign for Leigh. That could almost guarantee promotion to SL next year.
