I haven't seen your prices but if you miss a game, which is very likely due to the holiday periods, and you then lose out there is no incentive other than the Blackpool offer that most teams seem to be running.

There are some of us waiting for the seats to be released early next month..

On that day there will be three "returners" - who have been missing since McNamara plunged us into murky waters..

I also managed to convince another "returner" who did the same - he has bought three seats and also chucked some sponsorship in too!

Thats a grand total of six returners - one of which will be travelling from Kenilworth every week.

However, what we cannot tell is how many are walking away...

I think that's fair comment, in fact I alluded to the same further up the thread. Much is down to people's perception, and offering an 'early bird' set at the figure clubs were hoping to get [since the vast majority would buy at that price] and then putting it up to a higher price, seems to have been general practice for a few years. Offering a 'bargain' has always always been a good sales technique.

Even if it's actually a faux bargain. People tell me that when they do carboot sales they always have a box of broken utter crap because inexplicably people want to buy it. Random dolls legs, damaged betamax tapes.

That's the "project" mentality as in, "I could do something with that"...it's how MacNamara ended up signing Michael Worrincy.

[I know it's on beacon road and about half a good stone's throw from Wibsey Park, well it is if it's still open, I've not lived around there for yonks..]...oh and about half a mile from both Slack End and Slack Bottom, all of which were always regarded as being part of Wibsey when I were a lad.
