If Bulls don't get any points back you can guarantee the Wakey fans will soon dream up a fresh RL vendetta against them every time they are penalised by the ref, to ensure Wakey are relegated.

If I may put in my tuppenth worth, I do not know how many points, if any would represent a fair deduction. To make that assessment I would want to know the basis of the previous reductions in points deductions (Wakey and Crusaders). I would though expect that the independant panel would seek that information from the RFL.

What were those reductions based upon/ Was it percentage of debt paid off, or an amount ( eg £ 100k,)? Did Wakey and Crusaders pay off similar amounts or proportions. Only with that information can the panel compare the circumstances.

If that is done then the end result should be fair, whatever that total is.

Now having stated that I cannot make that assessment I will make a prediction, as I suspect there may be great differences between the Wakey and Crusaders cases that would set a precedent of 2 points back if any additional repayment is made. Consequently I expect you to end up with a decduction of 4 points.

We've also lost [or will have by the end of the season] £1.2m, which no other club has ever had to lose. Now, for the purposes of this points thread I won't go into any of the fairness, or otherwise, of that - however, if we/they/the panel, are looking back to keep to precedents, then this must surely be factored in?

Was the half money part of the sanction for this Administration? I don't see how that can be factored in to the apeall as it relates to the previous administration - but equally I cannot see anything in RFL rules that states a second administration warrants a harsher penalty. I think the appeal should consider only the 2014 admin

I haven't the foggiest, but looking forward to the appeal being heard so we know exactly what penalty we will have to overcome to survive in SL. Naturally I'm hoping we have put together a convincing case for the panel.

Well on the front of the T&A this morning it states the RFL are after Omar for £900k

I hope the RFL's recent request for re-payment of £900,000 hasn't been put forward (at such a late stage) to ensure the appeals panel make a decision based on an inflated creditor figure.

went for 6 as there wasn't an option to vote for 8 as compensation for the anguish and torment caused. as for omar and the claims against him he sounds like a very clued up businessman,not, how on earth did he get the gig in the first place?

Its not how many we get back, its how many will still be deducted, so voting 6 means you think the appeal will fail and were still deducted 6. If you want all the points back vote for 0....(and pretend to be Bernie Eccelstone and send a brown envelope to Red Hall)
