I don't imagine the London fan are very happy about his either as they play Catalan again. Other relegation candidates Cas and Wakey are playing each other. It's unfair for us to play a team that finished 8 places above us last season, even though we did have a good record against them.

Fixtures based on previous year's standing ( 1 v 2 etc ) would be fairer.

I wonder if they could do it as a draw a few weeks before it, like in the Challenge Cup / FA Cup etc. You might still get a team getting an easy draw, but at least it would be fair.

And closer games, bar Salford v London.

5 of the planned games are close calls IMO, it wouldn't surprise me to see upsets in either of the other 2 also, 5 are cracking derbies. It would be impossible virtually to arrange it any better.

It is realy time to knock this one on the Head, how the hell can we have a fair comp with P & R this season with everyone playing one team 3 times , Come on RFL get a grip.

It's not so long go before this concept we had to play 1/2 teams 3 times in one season and the Giants one year had to travel to odsal twice when Bradford were a top3 team and they( Giants) weren't exactly achievers and we had relegation then but I don't recall any unfairness on this board then. Swings both ways!
