Leaving aside all claims of inside knowledge, leaks and briefings - when Caisley decided to step back into the fray, you can bet your bottom dollar it was with a plan. Some feared the plan was to take us straight to admin, but both sides claimed to have been talking to potential investors. Which some believed, some didn't. If Caisley's crew have now taken it the vital step further and reached a deal with one of the said potential investors then great. It only means though that (a) they weren't fibbing about being in talks and (b) the present state of the club, whatever dire stories are circulated, must be sufficiently healthy to persuade someone that chucking a decent sum of money at it (the hint is it's a benevolence not an investment) is very likely not chucking money straight down the toilet pan.

Lets hope that this is true and we can get on with watching a successful team in the future!

I wonder if this is a new deal or the continuation of talks that were on going with the previous directors. Either way as a supporter of the Bulls I sincerely hope these rumours are true.

Anyone hear what Ross from the T&A had to say during the bcb commentary of tonights game? Administration is a certainty and that he's heard rumours that the debts are even more than what mr coulby is saying. Why are lies STILL being told I wonder? Ross is a journo it's his job to dig for dirt and it's highly conspicuous that he says there is worst to come.
I think bulls can get 2 points against Wakefield, we're not the only club to be performing badly..look at rhinos !!!

Maybe the Bulls have got wind that the cat is out of the bag and are asking Ross to reel it in for some reason, maybe that it's not gone through yet or they want to announce it in a blaze of glory, or maybe Ross is even correct. Who knows, I'm highly dubious of this rumour anyhoo.

Ross comes across as a sound and genuine bloke. What I heard him say made me have a lump in my throat, he was talking as though bulls are over and out. He was very negative & said the rumours he's heard are that 1.5 million which coulby said is needed isn't even half way to the truth and that administration is the absolute only way out of this mess. I heard the interview and, to be absolutely accurate he did not say the Administration was a 'certainty' - although he did say that it was still a strong possibility. And he did say that he'd heard rumours that the debt was higher than the £1.25 million that Coulby stated.

It seemed odd when the various sources, including the T&A today, said that we weren't going into Administration and that we would be hearing good news in the next few days.

I'd be surprised if the 'official' T&A guy would be trash talking, even if it only was BCB.

I think it's got to the point now where it's best not to listen to anyone/anything unless its in an official statement..There's so many rumours/comments regarding our situation, to take them all into consideration is depressing.
