A common sense statement by a set of common sense people , cuts through a mountain of dross very succinctly! well done to the committee!

I have just read the statement issued by the Bull Builder and must commend the people that published it. It has managed to avoid the obvious emotion that is involved in Bradford's current situation whilst asking for clarity in what has gone on historically, responsibility from those in the charge in the future and a means for the fans to gain transparency going forward.
It would have been easy for the BoD to ignore an emotional finger pointing document but the issued statement concisely and accurately details the events and makes reasonable requests. Best of luck with gaining an adequate response. My cocnern is that Ryan Duckett has not ruled out coming back cap in hand to the fans in the future.

If any members of the forum aren't already members of Bullbuilder I strongly recommend they join as the larger the membership the harder it will be for their reasoned and sensible suggestions to be ignored by the BoD.

Excellent statement, however with this boards past record do we realy expect them to take notice!!

As the statement says, they have to sort out the initial issues prior to implementing phase 2.

My understanding is that the BOD have to call an EGM within 28 days of one being requested, although I stand to be corrected. I don't know what Bullbuilder's view on this is but I think this is a reasonable timescale for the board to come back to the fans with full answers to the questions. I'm not talking about 3 or 4 quips in the T and A but a detailed manifesto outlining the new investment partners, shareholders, board members as well as the other issues raised.

Ross from the T&A has tweeted that he is meeting Ryan Duckett and Peter Hood today - maybe he may get some answers there, maybe he won't....

Has Bullbuilder or anyone actually e-mail the statement direct to the Bulls rather than hoping they may get wind of it?

The club had the statement at the time of issue, yes.

Speaking personally, bear in mind that they will be up to their eyeballs in work right now - not least the absolute priority of collecting in the pledges to put the immediate fire put out. And that must happen before anyone can do much else, I suggest? One step at a time.
