Sorry that's not correct. The free tickets were subject to availabilty. If the allocation has been taken then its tough luck im afraid.
My brother got his and mine this morning. Que'd for an hour and 40mins for the privilege !! |

They were only allowing 1 ticket per card. And you have to have the card with you. So nothing underhanded going on. Anyone getting 20+ tickets, had 20+ cards with them. Didn't even let you have someone's card number or name, you had to have the physical card with you.
I was there at 8:45 and there were about 40 people in front of me in the queue. Was bloody freezing too. Agreed with work to start late today and make my hours up. Thankfully I was out of there for about 9:50 so not too much to make up.
And yes, it's a free ticket "subject to availability". If you don't get up there quick enough to get one, you lose out. You don't just get one for another game instead.

I had hoped to get there first thing. Then work issues arose last night that meant I had to be in work miles away by half seven. And too late to coerce/bribe someone into getting mine for me. Oh well. Shìt happens.
