At some stage in the last few weeks we've replaced Jamie Langley with someone who looks very similar to him but plays a totally different, dynamic, ball handling game. The step on their fullback for his second try was outstanding.

Did anyone else notice that not only did Morisson's kids come on but also Jeffries' and Semi's. Is this a sign they are definately going? ie last chance for the kids to go on the pitch.

Likewise, at the end Menzies held Burgess's arm up and waved it as if he was waving goodbye!!!!!

It was a average game, but I quite enjoyed the atmosphere. Robbie got the biggest cheer and rightly so.

Jeffries was crap and we looked clueless when he was at stand off. Hope Halley is OK and we can go into Hull with him at FB and Sykes at 6.

We played really well and well done and I wish Robbie the best what a legend but Nero and Langley were outstanding today and the forwards laid a platform and i beleive we will make the 8 now but we won't get to Old Trafford but Deacs passing was great today. Roll on Hull!!!!

Great performance from Langley today who's really found some form of late. The rest of the performances was workmanlike and aided by some awful discipline from Salford who gave away endless penalties at the PTB.

We did look better in attack with Sykes at stand off than we did with Jeffries but a bit of rustiness can be excused.

Anyone notice how the touch judges seemed to be about 17st and 50+ years old?
