And your suggestions for how they do that?
The only one I have been able to put forward is the one that is in the hands of the supporters, which is to turn up and try and swell the coffers a bit.
If its boring cos your team are losing, then given on average a team will lose half its matches some people are going to be pretty bored?
At least the FC support did their bit for our cause today.

Why would he leave a great club like Quins to coach lower level players like Sykes, Worrincy and Sherriffe again? Dream on. Keep looking. You may have bigger attendances but what else do you offer? I would imagine financially we're as stable as you are and our squads looking really good and young.
You should give Lowes a go, great player for you, and this weekends Wire result shows it wasnt down to him they were doing so poorly.

| Why not follow Leeds & Wire and get a coach of international calibre. I bet you could attract Bobby Goulding.

Well done Adey. You've completely ignored my point and picked one tiny little detail for your response. The only thing the crowds will do while the team continue to play as they do is dwindle and decrease

| Karl Harrison would probably take the Bulls job on, if it was on at least a 3 year contract, he has a very successful business outside of RL at present and has not been tempted back by the full-time, paid offers that he has subsequently received since leaving Salford, as they're not financially attractive compared to what he makes from running his business

A decent assistant. Certainly better than the current mediocrity.

| I think that Karl would do an excellent job in transforming the club, as head coach just as Brian Mac would given the chance

| I would actively seek out Brian McDermott. He is one of the brightest coaches in super league and has experience of the club from the clubs best years.

| I think the club should try get Robbie Paul back to the club somehow as part of the backroom staff. His passion for the club to suceed would be second to none.

| There is no reason at all to suppose that any of McDermott, Lowes or Harrison would be any better than what we have. None of them have "done" anything and it would be change for change's sake.
If you were looking for a replacement coach then the only place to look would be Australia. Why? Because such a person would have a good chance of knowing and being able to attract some highly promising young halfbacks which is something we ain't gonna get this side of the equator.
BTW one chap who we have missed out on is our very own former halfback Ivan Henjak, who is of course now top man at Brisbane. Now that's the sort of contacts that get you great players you've never heard of.

Er...hardly! Quite the opposite, in fact.
[FA mode...]
I replied to the first point you made by asking you for YOUR ideas, and giving one of my own (the only one I can think of). After all, you were replying to MY post where I was pointing out some inconvenient truths. You have not put any suggestions forward at all for generating the additional funds needed for a change of coaching staff.
Your second paragraph, leaving aside the unnecessary (IMO) "special needs" insult, was simply to return to the "sack Macca and all our problems are over" line - again without suggesting how we could afford to do that.
A precis of your third paragraph, which represented about two thirds of your post and NOT "one tiny little detail" (come ON now!) is that families won't come cos kids find losing "boring". OK, I'm sure you meant to say "losing regularly" but even so, that just reinforces the "you are all glory supporters" argument that we hear from those who do not wish us well. But it also reinforces the point I have been making - the Catch 22
And for God's sake, if anyone can see a way out of this Catch-22 that does NOT require a load of cash up-front lets hear it, cos I'm right out of ideas!
